Not the real kind. But my other time consuming and occasionally rewarding occupation. And I produce weeds best. :) But after weeds I produce the below. Lots of pictures folks, I am still tired from the mommy olympics. :)
My garden is at the Warren Arboretum co-op. Here is a flower in bloom at the entrance.
My garden in late spring, planted lettuce, kohlrabi, arugula, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, peas, strawberries, kale, and more. A corn plant appeared out of nowhere.
I tried with neat rows but I am more of a crush planter than organized. I do try to rotate crops and try to space them out. Often weeds take over.
Tomatillos and ground cherries, onions and more. Purslane was a nice weed surprise.
My radish plants were a little overgrown but I made do anyway.
Purslane weeds are edible and delish in salads.
My potatoes
My onions.
\My kale
Smaller tomatoes.
Heirloom tomatoes (black, yellow, pear, gold etc)
My veggie drawer
Another plant at the kids garden at the Arb.
